The SME Packages program is a state entrepreneurial performance program funded by the Ministry of Economy covering up to 70% of eligible costs, which must be between €3,000 and €25,000 excluding VAT.
The House of Entrepreneurship and the Chambre des Métiers remain the sole official points of contact for the procedure to follow, the eligibility conditions, and the sending/receipt of the checklist for applications submitted via MyGuichet.lu. LB Digital acts solely as a service provider for the technical implementation of your digitalization project.

Your company must be registered in Luxembourg and meet the European SME criteria (less than 250 employees).
Budget €3,000 - €25,000
The total amount of your digitalization project must be between €3,000 and €25,000 excluding VAT.

We discuss your digitalization project with you. For the procedure and eligibility conditions, you will be directed to the House of Entrepreneurship, the only body authorized to confirm your eligibility for the program.
Quote Preparation
Together, we precisely define your digital needs and establish a detailed quote compliant with SME Packages program requirements.
Application Submission
Step 3: You contact the House of Entrepreneurship which guides you to submit your application. You attach the necessary documents and our quote. The Ministry of Economy analyzes and validates your file.
Validation and Approval
Once your application is accepted, you receive an official acknowledgement from the ministry with funding approval and validation date.
Project Implementation
LB Digital develops and implements your digital solution according to the validated specifications, with personalized monitoring and regular validation points.
Subsidy Receipt
At the end of the project, you submit supporting documents to the ministry which pays you the 70% subsidy. An evaluation closes the file.

To be eligible, your company must be registered in Luxembourg, meet the European SME criteria (less than 250 employees), and have a digitalization project with an amount between €3,000 and €25,000 excluding VAT. To verify your eligibility, contact the House of Entrepreneurship. We can support you in the technical preparation of your project.
You only pay 30% of the total project cost. For example, for a €10,000 excluding VAT website, you will only pay €3,000, the ministry covering the remaining €7,000 (70%). Important: the total project cost must be paid upfront. Once the project is completed, you request the subsidy.
Once your complete file is submitted to the House of Entrepreneurship, processing by the Ministry of Economy generally takes between 2 and 4 weeks. We cannot start the project before receiving official approval.
The SME Packages program generally cannot be combined with other public aids for the same project. However, we advise you to verify your specific situation with an advisor from the House of Entrepreneurship.
The subsidy is paid at the end of the project, after submission of supporting documents to the ministry (invoices, proof of payment, deliverables). Payment generally occurs within 4 to 6 weeks following validation of file closure.

The administrative procedures themselves — eligibility verification, application procedure, and sending/receiving the checklist via MyGuichet.lu — are handled exclusively by the House of Entrepreneurship and the Chambre des Métiers, who remain your official points of contact for these aspects.
